When we get something wrong, we fix it in public and say what changed.
How to request a correction
Email corrections@nwnewswatch.com with the story link, the specific passage and the correct information. Include a source if you have one.
How we handle them
Substantive factual errors are corrected in the story and noted at the bottom with the date and what changed. Typos and formatting fixes are made silently.
Updates to developing stories are timestamped rather than treated as corrections.
