Tips reach an editor directly. We verify before we publish, and we never attribute a tip to you without asking first.
What makes a good tip
Where it is happening, when you saw it, and what you saw. If an agency is on scene, note which one.
Never put yourself at risk or cross a police line to get a photo. We will not publish material obtained unsafely.

Tell us if you do not want to be named. We honor that, and we will ask before quoting you.
